SHIPPING

What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out?

Shipping is currently $10 anywhere in the United States. Your order will be shipped as soon it is finished. We have a small inventory ready to go but after those have shipped we begin a new batch.

Do you ship to my country?

adolmar.com currently only ships to the US as we work to achieve better international shipping rates. 

How can I track my shipment?

After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

 

PAYMENT

What are your accepted payment methods?

adolmar.com accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple pay. 

 

 

PRODUCTS

The style, color or product I am looking for is not available.

The products and sizes displayed on our web store reflects what we currently have in stock.

If you wish to receive further information regarding the style you are after, please reach out to adolmarop@gmail.com.

I need help with sizing.

You can find sizing recommendations in each item's description. 

 

 

ORDERS

Can I make any changes to my order?

The processing of your order begins as soon as your order is placed. We are a small team so cancelling orders is not possible at this time. 

I did not receive my order confirmation.

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at adolmarop@gmail.com, and we will sort it out for you.

When do I receive my order?

Items that have already been produced will ship immediately, usually within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Items that require sourcing may take up to 2 weeks for the item to arrive.  

 

 

RETURNS

What is adolmar.com's return policy?

We currently are not offering returns. All sales are final.

  

Can I exchange items on my received order?

Unfortunately are we unable to offer exchanges.

 

My product has a defect.

All items have been touched by a small and careful team. Any flaws should be embraced as everything is done to the best of our ability.
